I had a great experience booking print lab for my daughterâs birthday party. Everything from initial communication to choice of prints to set up was well managed. We booked Print Lab for three DIY activities at my childâs birthday partyâa cap, a fridge magnet, and a waist pouchâand the experience was absolutely fantastic.
The entire team was punctual, extremely professional, and delivered quality that was far beyond what was promised. Every detail was thoughtfully executed. The caps had live name printing, the fridge magnets had live photo printing, and the waist pouches were a huge hitâwith embroidered name initials and adorable cartoon patches that kids could choose from to create their own fun, personalized bag.
The overall setup and experience were excellent. The team handled a large group of kids with so much patience, calmness, and professionalismâit truly made a difference.
A special mention to Ketan â he is incredibly helpful and genuinely client-focused. Even when small changes were requested beyond the original agreement, he happily accommodated them just to ensure everyone was satisfied. That kind of approach really sets Print Lab apart.
The kids and parents absolutely loved it, and the entire crowd was super happy. It was a fabulous experience from start to finish.
